Options - to map appsettings to a class for strong typing
Named Options - use same class file structure for multiple instances
- ex: databases (db1, db2) all uses same structure
IOptions - singleton, no refresh IOptionsSnapshot - scoped/transient, change per request
- named option to pick at runtime IOptionsMonitor - singleton, real time (OnChange callback)
